Junior Black Belt Power Breaking
Our 5-7 grade students, Hidemi, Tatsuaki, Cameron, Sunray, and Franky achieve their first Taekwondo long term goals of a 1st Degree Black Belt through the FCIS accredited ACADEMIC TAEKWONDOTM program at the Weiss School.

In order to obtain a 1st Degree Black Belt the student must show mastery of all basic Taekwondo techniques WTF forms 1-8 and Koryo, Chang-Bong (long staff) forms, advanced combination techniques, grab and one-step sparring, knife defense, creative poomse, hand and foot breaking techniques, which include concrete breaking, free sparring, a 600 word essay, to name a few.
