TAEKWONDO FLEXIBILITY

 

 

Students gain flexibility, agility and muscle strength through the Academic Taekwondo®  program, which is taught as a required subject in grades K-8.

Each class contains aerobic warm-up exercises and  stretching (dynamic, isometric & static passive) for building strength.  Meditation and breath control is added for relaxation and focus.

In addition to participating in the Presidential Taekwondo Awards program, the Academic Taekwondo Program help Students prepare themselves  for the Presidential Physical Fitness Awards (all levels).
