Students gain flexibility, agility and muscle strength through the Academic Taekwondo® program, which is taught as a required subject in grades K-8.
Each class contains aerobic warm-up exercises and stretching (dynamic, isometric & static passive) for building strength. Meditation and breath control is added for relaxation and focus.

In addition to participating in the Presidential Taekwondo Awards program, the Academic Taekwondo® Program help Students prepare themselves for the Presidential Physical Fitness Awards (all levels).
