Master Powell received a Citation from the Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Academy, Korea for her outstanding contribution to the development of Taekwondo.
The award was presented by Grandmaster Hyun-Sup Park, Director of the Kukkiwon Academy, during a Poomsae Certification Seminar for Masters, held on July 28-29, 2007, at the Wilshire Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.
