One-Step Sparring

  • Purpose

    One-step sparring helps you to improve:

    • Balance
    • Control
    • Distance
    • Speed

Partner training also helps improve self control, cooperation, and respect.

Basic Grab Sparring

Freeing one self when grabbed

  • Basic release techniques for
    • Wrist (left, right, two hands)
    • Sleeves
    • Forearms
    • Waist
    • Chest (clothing)
    • Shoulders (front + back)
    • Neck & throat (front + back)
    • Hair
  • Counter attacks and variation releases for each of the above techniques.
